Stuck on this cold island, this is a song about the fact that maybe not every one likes sunbathing. Certainly not Rebel, who generally would prefer to be inside spitting raps - even if he looks pale and ill.

"Lying on a beach with sand up your arse, sun in your face, and a distinct lack of dignity - so hot covering yourself if these heavy chemicals to absorb the sun - I don't honestly get it. Why we are all so obsessed with it – is beyond me. Give me a cool room with a stereo and view any day. Just for the thrill I'd rather stay in and look ill"

Spitting at an assaulting pace, dropping his voice into different pitches and shapes effortlessly, he tells his twisted tale of British tourists, and how he'd rather "stay in and look ill, than confront the molten lava of lying with the charvers"…. "Sorry," he goes on,"It's just not my kind of thrill".

With a video by the Bafta awarded TRISTAN ANDERSON, he tells the story that there is an energy following him and changing him, splitting him between two different versions.

The old school drums smashing through are thanks to Slovenian legends Jamirko, Pier, and Tigor.
